By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the acf67 platform — including the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, promotional pages, or any other features made available at acf67.app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and acf67 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of acf67 following the publication of any updated version of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised provisions.

acf67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on file with their account. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account with acf67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. acf67 does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of acf67 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from acf67.

acf67 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request identity documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of access to funds until verification is complete.

To access the full range of acf67's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

The following rules apply to all acf67 accounts:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one acf67 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, acf67 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from those accounts pending investigation.
• Accurate personal information: You must register using your real name, date of birth, and contact details as they appear on your official identification documents. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or third-party information are subject to immediate closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. acf67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify acf67 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our ongoing compliance obligations, acf67 may require players to submit identity verification documents (proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Processing times for KYC verification may vary; acf67 will communicate expected timeframes when documents are requested.

acf67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason for that refusal.

All financial transactions on acf67 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). acf67 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which acf67 accepts no responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal processing time: Requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes communicated in the cashier section. Mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed faster than bank transfer methods.
• Verification hold: acf67 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Source of funds: acf67 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that gives rise to due diligence concerns under applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.

Funds deposited into your acf67 account may not be transferred to other players or used for any purpose other than participation in acf67's gaming products. acf67 accounts are not bank accounts; deposited funds do not accrue interest.

acf67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. The general provisions below apply to all acf67 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the qualifying deposit) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be activated and wagering requirements completed within the time period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses and associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed in each bonus's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per sports selection may apply. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in use may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in breach of this rule may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse prevention: acf67 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of a technical error, or any other activity intended to circumvent the spirit of the offer.

acf67 retains the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

By using acf67, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acf67 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of support services.
• Attempting to open more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the acf67 platform in place of genuine human player participation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided. Players who discover a technical error are expected to notify support immediately rather than continuing to exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing in connection with games or sports bets placed on acf67.
• Using acf67 for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with acf67 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the acf67 platform's software, games, or infrastructure.

acf67 employs automated and manual risk and fraud monitoring tools. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, acf67 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all balances and pending withdrawals, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

acf67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity as defined in our inactive account policy (details available from our support team).
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the player themselves.

Voluntary account closure: If you wish to close your acf67 account, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Real-money balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account (subject to having met any applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal via your registered payment method before closure is finalised.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will be prevented from logging in, making deposits, or claiming bonuses for the duration of the exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acf67 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the acf67 platform, even where such loss was foreseeable.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party outages, or events outside acf67's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcome display caused by client-side rendering issues on your device where the server-side recorded outcome is demonstrably correct.
• Any decisions you make regarding wagering amounts, game selection, or bonus activation.

acf67 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and a smooth player experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. In the event that a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect bonus award, acf67 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly, with notification to the affected player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit acf67's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by acf67's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable to acf67's operating jurisdiction.
